    When higher requirements on the building ground have to be met, the strengthening of the ground is today an often needed measure. The previous method of clearing away the soil, transporting it away and dumping it is becoming more and more costly. In addition the cleared away soil has to be replaced by granulated rock – large stone chippings or gravel – which also has to be delivered. This in order to ensure an effective frost protective layer and creating a substructure able to take the necessary load.

Thereafter the compaction takes place and a substructure capable of taking the necessary load is ready. Many load tests prove the successful application of ground stabilisation. Ground stabilisation is being used for new constructions as well as for renovation of roads and streets, but also to strengthen the building ground for the erection of industrial buildings and to seal off dumps. Ground stabilisation is also a valuable contribution to an ecological assessment of our building tasks
